Worked with high-retention B2B SaaS companies:

The Problem

Does this seem familiar?

Your revenue growth
is slowing due to retention.

Your CS team is occupied
by reactive firefighting.

Your efforts feel like patching
a water leak with duct tape.

The Solution

Stage 1

I’ll audit your current retention processes.

I'll perform a deep review of your entire retention strategy, including:

• Go-to-Market strategy and segmentation.
• The retention metrics that you're currently tracking.
• Touchpoints across Customer Success, Product and Email.

This audit is designed to identify all points of revenue leakage within your retention processes.

Stage 2

I’ll design your tailored retention strategy.

The strategy will provide clear, actionable direction across all main channels:

• Standard Operating Procedures for Customer Success.
• In-product guidance (checklists, prompts, etc.).
• Ready-to-use email sequences and copy.

Because your product is unique, we'll tailor this entire strategy precisely for your business.

Stage 3

I’ll help you implement your new strategy.

I'll give you hands-on support to implement your strategy, including:

• A visual map of your new retention process flow.
• Detailed process playbooks for CS, Product, and Email.
• Dedicated implementation support via further office hours.

This will give your team everything it needs to bring your new retention strategy to life.

FAQs

Do you offer discounts for early-stage startups?

Yes. Companies with 10 or fewer employees, or less than €1M ARR, qualify for a discounted price of €7,500.

What will I receive at the end of the process?

By the end of the process, you'll receive:
1) A Figma canvas with your new retention process map.
2) A Google docs folder with all retention process playbooks.
3) Two 60-minute implementation office hours.
4) Access to Stackable's Best Practice Notion database.

How long will the process take?

While the process is designed to be completed within a month, the actual duration hinges on your team's ability to provide timely feedback on our iterations. Efficient communication and internal coordination are essential to keep the process on track.

How do we start the process?

If you want to proceed, pick a spot on my calendar. Let's have a quick chat, then I'll send you a payment link with a simple contract. Once you've paid, you can book your sessions using the calendar links I'll send over.

Who should I bring from the team?

Please bring a maximum of 3-4 team members, ideally those who have a strong grasp of your product, customers, and go-to-market. It's important that everyone who joins can commit to being present for all sessions.

Will you interview our customers?

I don't talk to customers, and here's why:

1) it would make me much more expensive,
2) it would make the process much slower,
3) I strongly advise against outsourcing customer conversations, especially for early-stage companies. Your in-depth understanding of your customers is critical to this project's success, and ultimately, its failure or success hinges on your expertise.

Do I need specific software tools before we start?

No. We can start the process immediately without any tools in place. In fact, our work will help you precisely define your needs and requirements before you invest in new software. That being said, most successful retention stacks ultimately include tools for Customer Success, in-product guidance, and email automation.

Will you take care of tool implementation?

I typically don't handle the direct implementation, and here's why:

1) it would make me much more expensive,
2) it would make the process much slower,
3) I strongly encourage early-stage companies to manage their software tools in-house. This allows you to maintain direct control over your core processes, ensuring flexibility and speed as your company evolves.

Do you have specific industry experience?

While I have broad industry experience, I don't claim expertise in any specific sector beyond B2B SaaS. Your team will be the subject matter experts, providing vital industry insights throughout our collaboration.
